If they become members they get:
- Up to 12 photos of the property not available to the public;
- First view of your new hot listings before the public see them, and;
- The business name and address.**
Our technology monitors every move a member makes. When a member views a listing 5 times* an e-mail is generated and sent to the listing agent notifying him/her to immediately call this member. This e-mail contains links to the member.s personal profile and the listing on the website. When the "View Buyer" link is selected, the listing number is carried with it making it easy for the agent to tag notes to a particular listing, maintaining a history of buyers the agent contacted on the listing. These e-mails are iPhone and BlackBerry compatible as well.
Agents can assign their own private and personal list of hot members from the members database. The agent's hot members and agent's notes are confidential to that agent if elected. No other agent sees another agent's notes or hot members list if elected by the broker. Agents can instantly deactivate false or bad member accounts with the click of a button to help keep a clean member database.
Members are easily downloaded, only by the Broker of Record, for easy e-mail communications. The member database can be sliced and diced by either market regions and/or type of property/business desired.
Member accounts must be confirmed by the member via a system generated e-mail confirmation the member must receive and verify. When a member registers, the Broker receives and e-mail notification containing the member.s information. Both of these steps help maintain member data integrity without over burdening the Broker.
NOTE: **E-mails are automatically generated by the number of times a member looks at a listing. This variable is set at 5 but can be adjusted by the broker.
