There are many cool broker controls the engine has to help a broker manage the business such as:

1. All listings must be broker approved before being releasing to market. When the agent is done preparing or updating a listing, he/she must submit it for review by the broker in order to get it released to market.
   
   
2. Any change to public information removes the listing from market/website until the agent notifies broker to approve changes and release the listing to market. The broker can reject listings. When rejected, the system automatically generates an e-mail, where the broker makes comments, that goes to the listing agent to let him/her know that the listing needs work.
   
   
3. Listings are automatically removed from market/website upon listing expiration.
   
   
4. An automatic e-mail is generated notifying the agent the listing is about to expire.
   
   
5. The broker can grade listings in an A, B, C, D, F format giving him/her a prospective of the quality of listings an agent is producing.
   
   
6. All listing have a status assigned by the broker of Coming Soon, Available, In Contract, In Escrow, Sold and Expired making sure your members are up-to-date with the status of your listings.
